As promised, just wanted to let you know that half of my book order arrived from Montreal. Had quite a surprise too, as I thought I was ordering just the "Elementary Course in 6 Lessons." Turns out I have all 7 of his books bound into one hardcover volume! Very Happy

Sadly, the last one-half page of Lesson 4 and the first one-half page of Lesson 5 are ripped & missing. Crying or Very sad

Luckily I was able to locate an archive in Canada where I can order the affected book on microfiche- Wink

Have started on Lesson 1- Perrault has made a brilliant adaptation of a great system to English. Amazing.

Nice surprise indeed! I wish I could help you with the missing pages, unfortunately I have only the French version of the books. Well, you've wetted my appetite, I may order the photocopies of the fiches of the Superior Course from Canada.
